From Symptoms to Systems
A research-led inquiry into how the body functions beneath symptoms — exploring nervous system regulation through heart rate variability (HRV), physiological feedback, and interconnected energy systems including chakras and meridians.
Understanding the system beneath the symptom.

CORE INQUIRY
Exploring the Patterns Behind Symptoms
Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I’m interested in the patterns and connections between different systems and how the body responds.
Nervous System Regulation
A Holistic Perspective
Individualized Feedback
Connecting the physical and energetic dimensions of health.
Investigating how stress, regulation and resilience influence overall health.
Using technology for objective measurements, observe how your system is functioning and how it responds to targeted action over time.
Being able to gather objective measurements and compare changes to understand your patterns and make more informed choices.
Greater Agency

WHAT I AM INVESTIGATING
A Different Way of Looking at Health
I'm investigating how a systems-based perspective -- including nervous-system regulation, energy and individualized feedback -- helps us understand what's happening beneath symptoms, to support more meaningful change.
This work is grounded in a holistic view of health, that symptoms are not failures of the body. They are legible signals from a system attempting to adapt.
The willingness to shift our focus from suppression to informed inquiry fosters a deeper dialogue with our own physiology.

A Small Pilot for Deeper Insight
I work with a small number of participants in a three-session pilot using individualized technology-based feedback.
The goal is to explore how observing your system's response can support greater understanding, regulation and agency in your health.
CURRENT PILOT

Assess your current patterns
Objectively understand what's happening in your system
Observe your body's responses
Use technology to gather objective and individualized feedback
Compare changes
Discover how your system responds to targeted action.
