PILOT
What happens when you can see how your system responds?
Most of us respond to symptoms by looking for something to fix. But what if, instead, you could see how your system is responding — and observe what changes when you take action?
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
From guessing to informed exploration
In this pilot, participants can see objective information about how their system is functioning, take a targeted action, and observe what changes.
I’m exploring whether seeing that feedback helps people become more focused and committed to the changes they’re making — and whether this is reflected in their measurements and concerns.
My question I care most about is --
Can seeing that your choices and actions make a difference help people develop greater agency and confidence in their ability to participate in their own health?

THE EXPERIMENT
A simple feedback loop
ASSESS & UNDERSTAND
CHOOSE
See objectively what your system is showing you.
Identify one area to focus on and select a targeted action.
Put that action into practice over the following period.
Use what you discover to inform your next step.
This isn't about finding the perfect intervention.
It's about discovering whether your actions make a difference — and what you can learn when you pay attention to how your system responds.

Return, re-assess and see what changed.
ACT
COMPARE CHANGES
LEARN & MODIFY
A more complete picture of how your system is functioning
WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE
Each assessment can provide information about mutiple dimensions of your current state, including:
Overall physiological state
Nervous system balance
Stress, activation and recovery
Cardiovascular and heart rate variability (HRV)
Energy availability and energy use
Brain and cognitive energy
Biological age
Chakra and meridian system balance
The goal is not to give you more data.
it's to discover which information is actually useful.

These are examples of the dimensions we'll be exploring
This pilot is intended for people who:
WHO THIS IS FOR
Are 40 and above
Have an area they want to explore or improve, such as stress, chronic inflammation, fatigue, easily anxious. Athletes are welcomed.
Are interested in exploring health from a systems perspective.
Are comfortable working with information and feedback.
Are ready to take action, not simply gather information.
Can commit to all three sessions, scheduled two weeks apart.
Are located in Victoria, BC
This pilot is NOT intended for people who:
Are pregnant; have certain cardiac conditions, including arrhythmia, a pacemaker, or a history of heart transplant; take beta-blockers; or have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, acute photosensitivity, an acute eye disorder, acute vertigo, or acute psychosis.
Are looking for a diagnosis or treatment of a serious medical condition
Are primarily seeking someone to tell them what treatment they need
Are not ready to take action yet
This pilot is exploratory and not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical care.

Session 1
ESTABLISH A BASELINE
WHAT PARTICIPATION LOOKS LIKE
We begin with your concerns, what you’ve tried so far, how things have been, and what you’d like to improve.
We’ll run an assessment to establish your baseline and discuss anything that stands out.
We’ll do an 11-minute light and sound session using the NeuroVizr* and repeat the assessment to observe any immediate changes.
From there, you'll identify an area you'd like to work on, and choose a targeted action for the next two weeks.

Session 2
OBSERVE
Session 3
LEARN
We'll discuss what happened over the previous two weeks. What did you notice?
We'll repeat the assessment and compare the results with your previous measurements. Then you'll choose your next targeted action.
We’ll repeat the assessment and compare your results again.
By the end, you'll have an opportunity to look back across your three sessions and consider:
Which actions seemed meaningful or impactful?
What do you want to pay attention to next?
If you are interested, express interest via the link below.
I will later contact you to confirm readiness to participate.
If you confirm, you'll be invited to complete a consent form, an intake form.
I will confirm your acceptance, and invite you to complete a stress questionnaire.
You'll also be asked to view some background information about heart rate variability (HRV) and how it can provide information about your physiology.
Then we'll schedule the three sessions and begin.
Joining the Process
Founding participant fee: $190 for three sessions
Each session is about 60-75 minutes.
You'll complete four assessments over 6 weeks.
The Three-Session Journey
*NeuroVIZR is a wearable wellness headset that uses synchronized light and sound patterns to support relaxation and stress reduction. In this pilot, it is used as a brief intervention so that we can immediately observe physiological changes in the before and after theassessment.

Express your interest
The current pilot is beginning soon, likely during mid November 2026.
I am currently accepting expressions of interest from people who want to participate.
AN INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
This isn't only an experience for participants, I'm also exploring:
WHAT I WANT TO LEARN
Do people find this information meaningful?
Does seeing their data influence what they choose to change?
Do people become more focused and committed when they can see whether their actions make a difference?
Can participants recognize relationships between their actions and subsequent measurements?
Do symptoms or health concerns change alongside greater attention to regulation?
What do people actually valuable about my interpretation of the information?
Does this kind of feedback help people develop a stronger sense of agency?
And ultimately, is this approach useful enough that people actually want it?

Continue Exploring
Explore my writing, research, and ongoing work as I continue asking questions about health, regulation, and the systems that shape how we feel.

When the nervous system has more room, we often have more room for choice.
