EARLIER WORK
From individual modalities to an interconnected view of health
Here I share the earlier work that shaped how I think about health today — from individual modalities toward a more interconnected, systems-level perspective.

What Shaped My Work
My work has consistently been drawn toward approaches that are gentle, supportive, and non-invasive where possible — while respecting the body's own timing and capacity to respond.
Nutrition

Nutrition taught me to look beyond symptoms toward what the body may be missing or carrying. I became interested in how restoring nutritional sufficiency and supporting detoxification could support the body’s innate capacity to heal.
Craniosacral therapy taught me to listen for the body’s innate intelligence and inherent treatment plan. I learned how, when listened to and supported, the body can reorganize and re-relate to itself, moving toward greater harmony and coherence.
Peptide and phototherapy introduced me to innovative approaches to regeneration and repair. I became interested in how these technologies might influence cellular function and support vitality, non-invasively.

Copper Peptide & Phototherapy
My doctoral research was grounded in quantum physics and its application to holistic health and the human system.
This work brought together my growing interest in nervous system regulation, heart rate variability (HRV), breathwork, and the bioenergetic systems of the body.

Doctoral Research

Each approach expanded my understanding —
while revealing new questions about how the different parts of the system interact.
And now, I’m bringing nervous system regulation to the centre of the conversation.
Frequency work introduced me to the idea that the voice carries information about our emotional and biological state. I explored how identifying imbalances and working with resonant frequencies could support the body’s movement toward greater balance and coherence.

Title: Effects of Resonance Breathwork on Autonomic Nervous System Regulation, Chakras and Meridians
Doctoral Dissertation (268 pages) · PhD in Natural Medicine
About the research: My doctoral research explored whether resonance breathwork could influence nervous system regulation, perceived stress, and energetic measures in generally healthy adults.
Using heart rate variability (HRV), perceived stress, and selected chakra and meridian measures, the study explored how physiological and subtle-energy patterns might interact.
The findings pointed to a complex, participant-specific relationship between these domains, shaping my continuing interest in how different systems of regulation can be understood together.

Cure is about fixing what is wrong.
Healing is about restoring what has been disrupted.
